With nicotine patches I wake up 2 or 3 times a night and have excellent recall. But it takes me maybe 10 or 20 minutes to go back to sleep. Which induction would you recomend?

WBTB MILD or WILD, since it takes you long to fall back asleep.
If you can fall back quickly I recommend DEILD.
I recommend DEILD too.
