Having much more realistic dreams after taking a break from LD'ing. What will happen if I get back i

I stopped LD practice for around 3 weeks ago and I've noticed my dreams are super realistic, like, it's so crazy. I haven't written them down but it's so amazing how realistic they are. I was wondering, if I get back into practice, are my LD chances higher?

What have you been doing differently now that you have stopped practicing it? This was how my first LD happened, in a weird way. After i started to lose interest in it, i had my first LD that night and it was the best thing ever. Never had much after that, only a few. Perhaps you were practicing it in a way that stressed you out? Stress is very bad for dreams.

Not anything. When I practiced, I had a small mini LD.

Sometimes taking a break is good for you. It's similar when you take take break from exercising, you let the muscle (mind/brain/psyche) a bit of time to recover.
