It depends when you are doing these things. If you are doing these things before doing SSILD, it is fine because it is like a mini WBTB that can help you stay aware during SSILD.
However, it is not advisable to do these things after SSILD because after SSILD, the priority is to fall asleep and doing these things will tend to make this more difficult.
It is fine to do an RC without getting up.
When I want to do reality check without much activity such as getting up and turning on the lights, I just do the nose pinch breathing check. Anyway, it should be fine to get up and do it if you don't have trouble falling back to sleep.

1.wake up with 10 second alarm on phone
2. clap to activate light
3. RC and maybe SSILD
4. clap to turn of light
is it worth getting the lamp or should i just get up?
I had a sound activated lamp light like that when I was little. I had lot of fun with it much to my mom's annoyance. Anyway, it can be helpful if you want light but don't want to get up or move about much. However, it will be preferable avoiding all artificial lights as they can wake you up more fully. That's why I suggested checks like nose pinch breathing. It really depends on how easy it is for you to fall asleep after getting up.
