      Hi, Finger induced lucid dream.

      Hi. I've been on here off and on for a while. Haven't been remembering dreams that much lately but am wanting to try the finger induced lucid dream technique. Any tips if you have any? I'll read up on it.

      My reason for wanting to try this is I've heard about putting index and thumb fingers together (or something like that) then imagine I'm in a safe place. I'm in a safe place now I think but sometimes I don't feel that way... I've been trying what I just mentioned and it works to feel better.
