Like I stated in the topic, I am having trouble having an LD. I have more or less been in a continuous dry spell from February to now, with maybe one or two LDs in between. When I first started Ld'ing, I got up to having around 3 LDs a week. Now I have had none for what seems like forever. Is this a common problem? And what can I do to have LDs again?
Well I usually only have 1 LD a month, if im lucky, but sometimes I go a long time without them like you do.
What I do when I find im having trouble with it, is just giving trying a break.I stop trying for about a week or so, give my mind a break, and then try and pick up on it again.This seems to give your mind time to relax and do other things that may be important to you at the time.
If after a week of taking a break you still are having just as much trouble, then you should try altering your sleep schedual and see what happens.
Its commen, I go through long dry spells, then i pick up again. Do what Kastro said and take a small break. The come bakc again will full force obsession :P If you are feelgin stressed out, there is no way you will get an LD. AMke sure you are stress-free-ish
