Best reality check techniques / lucid dreaming app for android

Hi,
I want to know the best reality check techniques and an app that would remind me when to do reality checks? I have an android phone.

I've been getting vivid dreams with this technique even though I don't believe in the afterlife.

For me, the best reality check is pinching your nose and see if you can breathe through. In real life this would be impossible but in dreams you can. Another good one is trying to make your finger pass through your hand. For apps, I know of one called 'Awoken', it's free.

Pushing your finger through your palm is the only thing that truly worked for me.

I also wanted to know how to do a RC if it's from the regular (without seeing yourself) pov?

I have experience with all three of these lucid dreaming apps:

Lucid Dreamer
Awoken
Phaser

Reality checks: pinch your nose and try to breathe; stare at your index finger for more than 10 seconds; push your index through the palm of your other hand etc.

Things you think about majorly during the day

=

what you might dream about

write down what youre thinking about throughout day

after awakening within 2 to 3 hours

review what you wrote down during the previous day

and see if you dreampth about it
