Window lucidity trigger

In a dream last night I looked out of my bedroom window and saw an ocean and beach outside rather than my regular garden. I noticed immediately that what I was seeing didn’t make sense and as a result I became lucid. It was a fairly standard lucidity trigger but when I looked back through my journal I was surprised to see I’ve actually had many lucid dreams triggered by simply looking out of a window and noticing the outside doesn’t match what I should be seeing. It’s frequency is intriguing and I’m wondering if it could be an effective reality check. Has anyone else noticed they become lucid this way?
