can have a dream where u are in control of what u want to do or say without being lucid. Last night i had a dream and i felt that i had control of the dream but i did not know i was dreaming. The dream felt so real, so i could not have been lucid becuase i did not know i was dreaming.

Yes that is very possible. Dream contorl and Lucid dreaming are two seperate entities. In a non lucid dream you could contorl your actions, but it wouldnt be free will. Just a dream. But it is techincly half way there...
