Lucid 4th Wall Breaks
A couple of days ago I read an article saying that after Nicepool (from Deadpool & Wolverine) broke the 4th wall with "The Proposal," there has been an uptake in people searching/renting/buying "The Proposal." All it took was a direct look into the camera and two words to implant the desire or curiosity in strangers around the world to learn about "The Proposal."
It got me wondering if anyone has broken the 4th wall while lucid dreaming. Have you stepped aside, looked directly at yourself, and spoken to you in a '4th wall break' manner? I've talked to myself while lucid but not in the '4WB' way. If you have, what happened? Could it be a way to implant positive and empowering suggestions?

this is an interesting question. im curious as to how that could work- in most lucid dreams, the scene is in 1st-person, and in my 3rd-person dreams i/the camera is not really in any one location to Be looked at in such a manner. its an interesting idea, though!

Yeah, same for me usually. In last night's non lucid dream I went from being the viewer to the viewed. If I was lucid, the viewee me could have stopped to address the viewer me. So I think it's possible. I just have to get lucid and remember to try it out. And what would I say? Would I have to imagine the viewer me is a camera crew?
I've encountered clones or other versions of myself in dream but we were separate beings, in a way. I think a 4WB would feel different. Like, what would I see when I turned to speak to the viewer me watching the dream?

This pop back to mind whenever I think on dreaming. It may have contributed to last night's dream, while non lucid, could have been an opportunity to test this out. A today age me was babysitting a toddler me. Mostly I was today but sometimes I was toddler me looking back at the aged me. If only I'd gotten lucid!
