hey. Your not a shlump. Just get more sleep and do not stress out. If you have to write you dreams down. Just take easy and everything will fall back to normal.
I have readabout this before. You are spending more time concentrating on your dreams then rejuvinating your body. Get some sleep to refresh, take a sleeping pill to put you in a deeper sleep so you can have a full nights sleep. Good luck!!
If your stressed i recommend symphonic music.
Oddly, I found that I had more LDs the worse sleep I had. Probably bad in the long term, but still..
Yeah, just try something different. If you think you're in a rut, you won't get out of it by doing the same thing over again.
Hmm depends. If you listen to something like Tchaikovsky or Mahler, you wont get much sleep :P Better to listen to something in a major key that's not to emotive. Beethoven's Pastoral symphony or something.Quote:

Classical is good, not necessarily orchestral. Since I play the piano, I prefer to listen to piano music, and it's as relaxing as anything.
Some of the BEST relaxing yet beautiful piano pieces:
Brahms - Intermezzo in A, op.118, no.2
Liszt - Consolation #3, Un Sospiro
Mendelssohn - "Songs without Words". (Listen to a few of them, they're all good. Some just aren't "relaxing" )
Debussy - Claire de Lune, Reverie, Arabesque #1
And, just about any version of the Canon in D is good!
I think I have plenty more, but I'll leave it at that for now.
