Lucid Challenge - Taking a Pulse!

Either take a pulse on yourself, in common places, the Carotid (neck) or Radial (near thumb on wrist). And compare it to when your awake. OR take a pulse on someone else. Check for the following:

1. If a pulse exists.
2. How fast or slow the pulse is.
3. How weak or strong the pulse is.
4. Can it be changed? Can you make it go faster or slower, weaker or stronger?!


Recomendation: Practice on yourself when your awake, to find where to look for a pulse, and to know what to compare it to before proceding into the dream realm.

BTW use your pointer and middle finger when taking a pulse. Do NOT use your thumb, the thumb contains a pulse of a it's own and can interfere with your findings.
