I'm back..
I don't think I was gone for even a week. :D Anyways, back to what I was saying in the other post... taking a break from the forum definitely helps out with lucid dreams. At least for me it did. On the first night actually, I had a very revealing look at something that happened a long time ago. I saw it from another prespective, while lucid! I had two other "highly controlled" LD's. All within a week.
Now I am in NO way (I repeat, NO way) telling anybody to smoke weed, but it really helps with WILD and lucidity. It screws up your dream recall though. It also made me have two false awakenings in the same dream. The best thing though is that it can make your dreams really vivid too. On one of my dreams I did various reality checks and none of them worked, but I was so sure it was a dream, I became lucid spontaneously. Even after being lucid it was still very vivid, it actually felt like "real" life. I had never looked in a mirror while dreaming before, but in one of them I did, I saw nothing strange, just me in weird lighting... is that a good thing?

First...congrats on your lucidity!
second... WHAT'S UP WITH THIS WHOLE BREAK THING...is it just some kind of power of suggestion?
