Normal Afternoon Nap?
Well, after getting out of school at 3;00, I got on the bus as usuall, which is about a thirty minute ride, in which I get tired right before I get home(around 3:30), so I try not to fall asleep and miss my stop. So after I got ot my room I unusually decided to take a short nap. So I laid down on my bed.
Well, I laid down for a minute or two and thought " I might as well give a WILD/OBE a try. So, I repeatedly tensed and loosened my muscles to relax them like always, and started to blank my mind. I laid there for a while, starting to get that Feeling when your leg goes asleep. After a few more minutes I though, " Well... Im not getting too far." So I decided to try the "Falling in a Well" method to bring on the vibrations. So, I pictured falling and how it would feel. Then with a "Whoosh" I felt a swaying motion. Its hard to explain, but I havent heard anyone describe it this way. It at first felt like my body was being squeezed into a single point, but without pain. After a few moments I felt a powerful Swaying sensation. Like if you were to ride a Roller Coaster, or like ocean waves- Like floating back and forth in the water. Its hard to explain but,This went on several moments, then died out and I opened my eyes.
I've always heard the vibration were more of a electrocuting feeling, so I wanted to see If anyone else has experienced it this way, so I could be sure Im going in the right direction with this. Anything suggestions would be helpful! Thanks.

Lol...not being squeezed through a pin hole... I meant my body felt like it was compressing into a single Point. And the falling through the bed thing was on my own. Its the swaying sensation that I felt that kind of throws me off.

I get this feeling like my room is rocking back and forth.. I got this weird feeling the other night that like I was being pulled away from the spot in my bed. Like I felt something pushing my down and pulling, sort of hard to explain like always.

I've never succeeded with WILD, so I don't know if this is normal, but...
I get a lot of things: First, I get the feeling like my blankets are infinitely heavy, and pressing down on me. Later, if I get far enough, I get a lot of swaying/spinning/floating feelings.....
