I also once had an scary dream. I could see these white sentences flying past me on a black background- I didn't think to read them, all I was thinking was escaping from this dream. I screamed in my head to get out, scared of these words for some reason. I flaied, kicked, punched, did about everything I could. Nothing worked.
Then I heard screaming. It got louder and louder, until eventually it was at an eardrum-popping volume. I have no idea what happened after that.
Sounds like some ill mix of sleep paralysis, vertigo, and HI.
