Hey, so a lot of times, when I'm trying to fall asleep or LD, I'll just about start to feel like I'm getting there, but then I realize that the feeling comes not from falling asleep, but from me rolling my eyes up... Then I re-center them, and lose the grip... sometimes, this makes it difficult to fall asleep. I don't like consciously putting my eyeballss into those positions, it has an uneasy feel to it. Is this normal? Any tips and stuff?
