If i lay on the back of my head all night, will that give a good of having a lucid dream?
if so, does anyone have any suggestions on how i should lie still on the back of head? because sometimes i move around in my sleep

It doesn't matter which way you sleep as long as you are comfortable

I seem to remember my dreams better when I wake up lying on my back. I think it's because I'm most uncomfortable on my back and the tendency of me drifting back to sleep immediately lessens. That sound likely?
