I have a body pillow that I cannot sleep well without! I love it. I just cuddle up to it and fall right asleep. .....and my cats of course. |

I want to see what everyone used to use/or still does to help get to sleep or cant get to sleep without, tell me stories behind it and why you like having/doing it! |

for some reason sleeping on my right side is a lot more comfortable than my left, back or front, but I normally go to sleep on my left or back, like my body has a reserve for when im having trouble getting sleep |

I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .

I find it very difficult to sleep without my comforter. I kind of wrap myself around it, whatever the temperature may be. My room used to get well above 80 in the summer, which was hot for me, but I still slept with it, because I couldn't get to sleep any other way. I could probably sleep with a body pillow instead, but a nice thick comforter works just as well for me. |

Well life is short, so love the one ya' got, 'cause you might get run over or you might get shot.

It's weird, but i have to make sure the room i am sleeping in is all nice and tidy before i go to bed. I also have to make sure i've written down what i'm doing the next day, so that i don't lie awake thinking about it. And i have to write in my diary, to offload my head! |

When I lay down to sleep at night, I always require a blanket (preferably my comforter) to sleep. I can't go to sleep without one, and if the blanket comes off of my feet it freaks me out. Also, if any part of the sheet comes off of the mattress I always wake up and fix it. I can't stand for my bed to be partly sheetless. |

I really have no problems of where I sleep. Anything goes, but if I get too comfortable, I won't be able to move (unless I plan on going somewhere in a robe). |

I used to have jimmy legs, but not really anymore |

Cheis. Dailo.
It's tough to bring someone back that never really lived.
I don't need anything like that. I could sleep on the kitchen floor if I wanted. Sometimes in the winter I actually do sleep on the floor. Not in the kitchen, mind you, but in the living room. I craft a makeshift bed from a few blankets in front of the heater vent. Best sleeps I've ever had were there. |

Well, I'm a light sleeper, so I can't have any noise, not even people whispering. I have to be really tired to sleep through talking. I can't even sleep to music, not even classical. I'm thinking about trying to train myself to the contrary, though. We'll see what happens. |

I have a low noise threshold too. I have to have a quiet environment, unless I'm camping. Coyotes and owls don't bother me... |

I can sleep through any amount of noise, but the least bit of light (from any source) will wake me. I also prefer cooler conditions and never use the comforter on my bed. |
