My WILDS seem to real i cant come to ask if its real

The only dreams ive been remembering lately are the ones after you wake up after like 6 hours of sleep, wilds i think they are called. and i do what it says, wait for like a halfhour. Or however long it takes to fall aslepp, but im always concentrating on what i want to be doing when i fall asleep and i just slowly fall into the dream and everything is clear, but i cant come to realize it's a dream, what do i do?

If anybody can actually understand what im trying to say, send some answers

Sounds like dream incubation too

Just imagine that you are goign to dream that you are going to do a reality check and become lucid, or that you will walk up to soemone and they will say "hey do a reality check really quick"
