Hope that link works and look forward to listening to the music later. From the sample it sounds very much like Tibetan singing bowls.
THX for sharing :D
Sounds interesting :)
Indeed sounds interesting, I`ll be sure to check it out soon.
ps. pozdrowienia ze slaska, Tim_PL :)
Thanks, will try it tonight.

Gonna try giving it a try tonight...Thanks for the link!

Music sounds cool but could someone tell me what is being said after the voice says “I am dreaming” can’t understand the words. That is a little frustrating. Thanks for any help.
Gah! I love it and love listening to it even when I'm awake, but I have a dilema. I can't fall asleep if there's noise, especially voices. WIth this music being less patterned I can sleep to it if it's not too loud. The problem is that it becomes so quiet I can't hear it in my dreams. I had it on repeat... Oh well....
I'd like to find a track that's about 20 minutes of white noise and then a lucid induction. Maybe someday.

I tried this out last night i have to say i found it kindoff annoying and i couldnt get back to sleep maybe that was just a one off ill try again tonight. :|
i put it on and fell asleep with it on. i started to feel the effects like a starting wild then i was snowbvoarding. so realalistic. but i wasn't lucid. if i were lucid i would so make the snowboard fly up in the air.

after it says "I am dreaming!" i think it says "I am aware that i am dreaming!"
anyway, i tried it this afternoon and i didnt feel like sleeping at all, and it got me _real_ sleepy, i kept waking up/sleeping over and over for like 3 hours after i heard it a couple times, not any lucid dream tho, because i kept getting interrupted... my dog, or an itch, or the phone just when i was about to fall. great mp3.
Yes I think your right. That is part of what is being said but it still sounds like one more thing being said.Quote:

if you provide me with some white noise, I can probably edit it in that :D Not that hard... you can do it yourself. Just download any audio editor.Quote:

There's a great cd i can recommend for relaxation, more than lucid dreams. It's called 'Far away trains passing by' and it's by Ulrich Schnauss. You can find it on Amazon.

Look on download.com or google for a program called "Audacity" It generates white noise among other audio editing optionsQuote:

Wy mówicie język polski, znakomity ! :)
I don't, but my Gran did! LOL
Greetings to you too . . .
could someone awnser my question
So sorry Gez - yes, set your alarm for around 4am (if you normally rise at eight) and listen to the music as you drift back off to sleep, you can play it as quietly as you need to, the idea is that your subconcious mind still hears it when you are asleep so when you dream (which is usually longer in the early morning) you will hear the prompts "I am dreaming" and "I am aware" to help you to know that you are dreaming and take control.Quote:

I find it difficult to do this as an alarm would wake my other half so I have not tried this effectively yet but only been able to listen to it before going to sleep at night. However, I have to say that it is helpful and I have noticed subtle changes to my dream abilites.
Apart from that its actually very beautiful music to meditate to if nothing else!
:)
very interesting I 've got to give it a try tonight! ^_^ thankx for the mp3! awesome!!
