What is the most number of dreams you have recalled in a single sleep session?
Four clearly recalled dreams is my max. That's happened many times.
Sometimes all non-lucid, sometimes a combo. Usually no more than
one lucid per night, but on occasion I've had two.
It's four for me, too, as my max.
One Lucid dream per night if at all.
Interesting . . .
eleven
I think the most I have had is four.
The nights when I remember dreams (a couple of times a week usually), I used to only remember one, but now I remember three almost every time I remember a dream.
I think my best is 6 or 7, with the aid of a B vitamin before bed. Normally, I can recall between 2 and 4 dreams per night, though my recall has been falling off lately because I've been slacking on my dream journal. Gotta stop doing that... :?
Peregrinus: How long were you sleeping ofr to have eleven?
And Scruffy: How does the dream journal help you remember more dreams at night?
I'm not sure. I remember that it was over a weekend, so I woke up naturally w/ no alarm, probably after 9 hours or so. That was a couple of years ago during a semester when I had late classes, so I got a good amount of sleep and remembered more dreams than usual (about 5-7 per night). Recently, I've only been recalling 3-5 per night.Quote:

6 and all lucid
I am faily good with recall. Not the best, but good. Each night I can remember at least three to a maximum of 5 dreams.

When I'm not keeping a dream journal, I will often do a very brief review of my dreams when I wake up, provided I remember them. I tend to forget a lot of details when I do this. When I am keeping a journal, I spend a good 20 minutes writing down my dreams, as well as whatever details I can remember. I find that when I am writing it down, I'm more involved than when I just do a mental review, and I often end up recalling more details, or sometimes entire scenes or dreams that I otherwise could remember just an image or feeling from. Makes a big difference.
I guess I'm not the only one, then. It always makes a difference, I use aQuote:

notebook though. I like to go back and see my hand writing. Doing it here
doesn't work for me.
Five is the most, I think. Just last night I had four, so that's pretty cool. I've always had fairly good dream recal naturally, though.
Five, four of which were lucid. I woke between each one (well, of course, otherwise I don't count it as a separate dream :)).
twelve  JkQuote:

No way, Estrada.
I call your bluff.
You can be so full of it.
Why post if it's a lie?

Hmmm...My most is 6 perfectly recalled with a crappily recalled 7th dream. So 7 I guess.
