laberge audio tape results

I downloaded this audio thing of dr laberges the other night. you are supposed to listen to it before you go to bed to help you scheive lucidity. well he starts off just relaxing you, then eventually he starts having you count down from 100, imagining the numbers washing away in the sand. well once i reached about seventy i felt these wa ves of heat going over me and this heavy and deep falling sensation. it was wild, a bit frightening st first because i had never experienced it, but i tried to hold on to it and let it take me, but eventually i lost cencentration and opened my eyes. i dont understand what happened or how, but i know it did something. im gonna try it again tonight. anyone had any similar experiences?

Still havent had a lucid dream, but when i try and WILD i sometimes get heat waves, and my legs will get SP but no were eles. But i can move them if i try its kinder a thing if i try half arsed move my leg i can tell its got SP
