Can anyone tell me a good technique for people who fall back asleep quickly after waking up. I usually fall back asleep before being able to finish a MILD or HILD
Dream re-entry. There's a tutorial on it, but the basic gist of it is to recall the last dream you had before you fall asleep again. You can either focus on a particular scene, or, as I used to do, try to continue it. Just make sure that you continue to remind yourself that you're dreaming or going to be dreaming. Don't get caught up so that you forget.
That technique worked for me when I was younger. Maybe it will work for you.
