I was recently readin TIHKAL and one particular chapter discussed how Dmt can greatly enhance the detail and realism of dreams. I have yet to try DMT but was wondering if anyone could vouch for the effects of DMT on dreams.
PS i am talking of taking it either as ayahuasca or freebase, not how it is naturally in the brain.
My advice is - be careful, very careful with ayahuasca.
Last time I took this shit, I had a veeeery bad trip.
As for sleep - You cant fall asleep after you take this shit.
Addition - I havent tried it as freebase, but I suppose it may be significantly better, as you dont have so much physical feelings.
I also advise that you be VERY CARELFUL in enhancement products.

I'd take other people's advise though, from what I know of Ayahusca and DMT in general, it wouldn't be worth it purely for the dreaming side, especially if you've no other experience with psychadelics. I've no idea whether you do or not but considering the potency of DMT you want to read up thouroughly before you do anything.

I have smoked DMT a couple of months ago with some very nice results.
Had 3 lungfuls of pure DMT crystals. The actual trip lasted approximately 5 minutes, and it seemed like an amazing dream itself - Seemed almost "natural", almost like I have been there before, yet I never experienced anything like it. Amazing body feelings, mind totally calm, yet sort of playing a movie in my head, where I would be in control. After I came back to reality, I noticed a rather tired feeling, quite sleepy, but I didn't go to sleep.
Anyway, the next day, I returned home and went straight to bed, and remember having an amazingly vivid dream, and feeling great after waking up. I think it did have a quite strong effect on the dreaming side of things for me, but only for the day or two after.
I recommend it, but as always, be careful, and research well :)
