I think everyone (pretty much) agrees that cheese affects dreaming...But what about yogurt? Is it the dairy? Or the specific by-product of the bacteria?

Does cheese really affect dreaming? I though that was only myth.
I mean, I've tried eating cheese before bed, and nothing really happened.

I think if cheese affects it, so should other dairy products, since it's all milk. Unless the bacteria in cheese cause the effect.
