I thought about making a little card to carry around that says "Do a Reality Check" or "Are You Dreaming?". If I made this little card, and frequently read it and did RC's, would the card appear in my dream? or no?

It is possible that it would, however, if you can tie it to some kind of dreamsign or stressful event, then you would have better odds. It seems that a lot of the time, the stress we have during the day manifests itself in out dreams. Perhaps if you pulled out and examined this card whenever a stressful event occurred.....?
