Some times moving your pillow into different position or moving your body ino a different position can make lucid dreaming easier
Could you be a little more specific about the pillow:
Is it a synthetic pillow? Feather? Down?
Duck? Goose? Pigeon?
Is the pillow case 100% cotton or a cotton/poly blend?
Has it been washed recently?
Tide? Cheer? Loftsoap?
Washing machine or hand wash?
Air or tumble dry?
Actually, in my opinion, the pillow doesn’t make any difference.
I find that the more comfortable and relaxed I am when I go to sleep, the better my dream recall is, and the better my chance of becoming lucid. So, if you find that you are more comfortable with a pillow, use one. Use whichever one is most comfortable. :D
