Is there any other way I can remember more dreams other than a dream diary? Even if I could start remembering dreams I would see it as improvement.

Create a specific cycle for waking up/going to sleep. Creating a schedule often improves recall by allowing your body to become more relaxed and giving your mind a more predictable schedule. An added bonus is that it also helps you wake up more rested. If that's not your thing, just be sure to stay in bed and think about what dreams you had the last night before getting up in the morning. If you give yourself five minutes of relaxed thinking before getting out of bed and starting moving, you'll have a much easier time remembering dreams.
Still, Dream Journals are the way to go. It really isn't too much extra effort in the morning, and it helps more than most anything else. Using all of the mentioned methods together would be the best possible option, though.
Do you think that writing a dream journel on my computer would be the same as writing it via hand on paper :?:
My dream journal is a Word document on my computer. I like it better than wasting a bunch of paper. Initially, to remember details about a dream, I will jot them down quickly on a scrap paper. Then I'll write the whole thing out in as much detail as I can remember in my computer dream journal.Quote:
