      very creapy...

i had tis "dream" it used to occur when i toke a nap in the afternoon.

i slept and woke up. as i open my eyes i see the same image of the room around me as before i fel a sleep (and as i realy wake up) but i can't move. can't tlke or shout. i panic. Finaly i drag myself on the flor and if i use al the power in my body i can drag myself away, but when i blink my eyes, i'm back on the couch an have to start over again. And after 2-3-4 times of trying i think i'll never wake up again and i'll die. Is this possible??

I don't think it's SP becaus i dream roll out of the couch. but still it feels so creepy. ANd to real to be a dream because of the fact that i see exactly what my eyes are pointing at as i sleep. maybe my body feels how it is lieing and knows how my house looks from that position but that would be unlikely. Everything is there lamps painting, thing that are not always there like candels or other good smelly stuff that changes place.

in a nuttshell: It scares the hell outa me!!!!!!!

(sorry if my sitnax and/or grammer suck but i do my best)

Hmm, that is strange, but are you sure it's not just a very vivid false awakening? I'll get those sometimes, when my room appears just as it does in waking life, and they can be extremely vivid. Struggling to move (to pull yourself off of the couch and across the room, to cross the street before a car hits you, to run away from a monster that's chasing you, etc) is a fairly common dream theme, and could be your almost-awake mind interpreting your still-asleep body deep in sleep paralysis. Just a thought. It sounds quite freaky, but I don't think you can die from scary dreams.

Scary things happen to everyone once in awhile. Perhaps you should think about how you want your dream experience to go before you fall asleep each time. It seems tedious, but I am pretty sure that if you do this, it will minimize this type of occurance.

Yup. Good old False Awakenings strike again.

In a nutshell, FA's can be either the greatest or most horrible dream experiences you can have. I don't get them very often, but I've had enough, personally. I've come to assume that FA's are more frequent to lucid dreamers because the experience of waking up is so much more on our minds than people who aren't familiar with lucid dreaming. (mostly because, being lucid dreamers, we often don't Want to wake up.) So, I assume that just the thought of "waking up" being so fresh in our minds is a perfect catalyst for Dreaming of waking up, if that makes any sense.

Point is, FA's are more normal than they seem. They can be downright Frightening sometimes. I had an episode upwards of 10 FA's in a row a few weeks ago which went from frightening to G'Damn Annoying rather quickly. But, what I should have realized, is that if I would have just calmed down and collected my thoughts instead of Trying to wake up over and over, I could have turned the FA into a lucid dream, because I had to Know I was dreaming to Try to wake up. See? They stand the chance of surprising the hell out of you, but they can also be a blessing in disguise.

Absolutely! One of the best dream signs you could ask for.

It's probably still caused by sleep paralyisis.

I have lucids while I'm dozing where I'm still in my bed. I can move my arms around, but they feel very stiff because my real arms are paralysed.
