I dunno this may seem weird but what isnt with dreams? anyway this movie catches the atmosphere of alot of my dreams, i have a lot of really epic dreams and after watching this movie the feeling or atmosphere of the movie felt really fimiliar. just the parts where theres not a lot of dialog and its sorta viewed from a far out perspective haha anyway just thought id share that.
Oooh! I once had a dream where the tripod things where going around. They weren't zapping people though. And they looked more "flesh-y" than robotic. It's in my DJ if you'd like to read it.
I see what you mean. So many of the scenes in the movie are things that would be incredibly surreal by normal standards, but aren't horribly out of place in dreams. It really would take an alien invasion to create that sort of chaos around the world.
War of the Worlds is one of the few movies I have seen that inspired a dream. It must have been because the whole movie was just so intense that it really stuck with me when I went to sleep.
That usually happens to me, especially after watching Harry Potter movies...
