I just have two simple questions:
How much do you guys sleep?

Does the amount of sleep/fatigue affect your dream recall?

About 4 hours, usually.
And yes more sleep more dreams, more chances to recall them.
I sleep anywhere from 7-10 hours....sometimes 12....I'm tired alot, I need to get a physical
hmm...well, usually about...6-7 hours? i dunno about the dream recall...
I work nights...
so 5 broken hours most of the week
when I am off and have the luxury of sleeping during normal NIGHTTIME hours I will sleep for round 10 -12 to make up hehe
Ditto that. I also keep zombie hours.Quote:

Better get my normal hours of sleep now before the evil days come.
Merh,
evil days? por que?
Jobs, College, Stuff, All evil. Life is semi simple now, and only get harder as we go.
if i get to sleep as much as i want 10 hours can go for much longer tho, the longer i sleep after 10 hours the more sleepy i am during the day
7 to 8 hours. Any less and I just can't think straight; I don't seem capable of more for some reason.
I'd say 7-10 hours. I dunno about sleeping more increasing dream recall other than you have more chances to dream and therefore more chance to remember one of them.
About 7 on weeknights. I have to get up early for work.
But Saturday and Sunday mornings, I sleep until 8.
As everyone knows, REM states last longer as the nights progress.
Saturday and Sunday are the times for my most complex and vivid dreams!
I sleep about 8-10 hrs but lately get real drowsy right at about 3-4 in the afternoons. Probably need to change the diet...
evengel, I'm trying a diet overhaul, more veggies and natural grains...I'll let you know how it gose, because I could sleep 18 hours a day if I did'nt force myself to get up and goto work.....I've also bought dance dance revelution for the playstation to sneak in exercise more often.
It's weird. All of a sudden right at like 3 in the afternoon, I get heavy lidded -especially if I'm out driving (I am a messenger/courier and frequently drive around picking stuff up and dropping stuff off for the company I work for) I once fell asleep (on my 18th birthday) at the wheel right in front of a cemetery. No injuries and no one else involved, butdamaged the car a bit and did a 180. :makeitstop:
Remind me never to have you deliever something for me Evangel
I try and sleep as much as possible... in the holidays I can sleep for maybe half the day, normally (?) it's 8 or so hours.
More sleep gives you better time to fully complete the REM period so better dream recall.
:-P
Yeh, yeh, yeh.
I have never fallen asleep since, but usually, as soon as I notice being drowsy, I buy a coffee, blast music, or find something else to keep from falling into dreamland
