WILD's

Soo the way I do it is start off by daydreaming... controlled though... put yourself in a situation doing a simple task and try to visualise it as strongly as you can, I find walking up stairs or a walk in the woods on a day during the fall nice...
If your into martial arts go over your kata in you mind, but visualise yourself doing them put yourself in a nice place, a seaside cliff, dont fall though... that sucks...the woods, a familiar dojo anything...
You must keep focus though, as you start to drift off your mind will try to wander and you will get the weird sounds that sound real or other visualisations, you MUST focus and keep you consiousness
The transfer into dream... well let me put it this way
its like watching tv on a 5 inch black and white portable tv and then jumping to a 55 inch tv with surround then to the movie theater then to uhh.. *looks around*
The waking world.

hmm...what i do is, after i wake up i lay still and picture myself back in the dream, er...yeah and eventually i just walk in...i think that's WILD but NO ONE WILL TELL ME IN ANY OF THE MANY THREADS I POST THAT IN!

Whoa, thank seriananth Couple more questions tho, How long does it usually take to become fully lucid? second, can you do it when you first go to bed?

How long does it usually take to become fully lucid?
it depends. when i do it it can take less than a minute!
can you do it when you first go to bed?
not sure. never tried it. you probably can, but i think it would be difficult. i would recommend doing it in the morning right after waking up, when you're half asleep. i've done it many times and everytime i swear it took less than a minute, once it felt like i entered a dream almost instantly!

Coo
Very cool, Sounds like i'm going to trying this very soon.

Yes you can do it when you first go to bed, I seem to be able to drop into a lucid and vivid dream state without all that waiting for REM sleep and it seems to werk for paperdoll to..
As for the time it takes this depends on how tired you are.. if you are really tired it dosent take too long but if your wide awake it will take a while, and you will need good meditative skills.
Like I said before though, you NEED to stay focused on the task :!:
Do not let your mind wander, this gets more and more difficult as you start to hit that inbetween phase where youa re both awake and asleep...
Its well worth it though... the feeling, its absolutely amazing its like opening your eyes for the first time like finaly experiencing the world around you
:D Good luck :D
