A Lost Soul

Ok... so here's a question.

I have a really hard time falling asleep alone. I've got to have someone or something next to me (lately it's been more something than someone though *sigh*). I have a ton of pillows on my bed and I sleep with a stuffed rabbit named Charlie that I've had since about birth. He has to be by my side or else I don't feel safe. Probably sounds retarded, but we all have our quirks.

So am I the only freak that's as old as I am and still sleeps with a stuffed animal? (Barring the presence of a warm, sexy man, of course! Hot guys do take precedence you know.) What sort of nightly ritual(s) does everyone have? What do you have to do or have in order to get sleep?

1. brush my teeth. i have to have that minty taste in my mouth or else i keep thinking about it and toss and turn until i jump out of bed and stomp to the bathroom! :lol:

2. i MUST have two pillows, one to lay on and one to hold.

3. can't have long pants on, it gets annoying, nor can i sleep in only underwear. gotta have shorts. and i have to take my socks off. they annoy me too.

heh, that's all i can think of now. call me picky if you will! :lol:

Kudos to you for bravery.

Me? Well I always have to hang upside down a bit. If not I toss and turn for hours. Hanging upside down is like a **searching for correct word** fetish? I dont know, But ya'll should try it, just like hang upside down off your bed or something. For a few mins, really relaxing. (My older bro who is married has an inversion table. I so jealous of him. But yeah other than that................ Lotsa pillows help me too. But usually I put them on the ground beside my bed for protection in case I fall off, being as I sleep on a top bunk. But yeah, thatsa bout it.
