i woke up from a dream. i was running around a supermarket and i climbed on top of a shelf with a pirate scope. i was looking around when all of a sudden the stores lights went on and off constantly. i woke up and i realized i was facing diagonally in my sleep out the window and the sun was shining right in my eye but as clouds passed it would get dark. basically i took the lights from outside and put it in my dream. nothing like that has happened to me b4, is that normal?
Very normal and happens quite often. I've had a dream where i was suddenly standing in front of a train rushing by and one of the carraiges blew up in my face. I woke up to my birl squawking and flying around the cage. In the morning i found a picture that had fallen, slid down the wall (i guess the train sound to initiate it) then the glass had smashed when it hit the ground (explosion). Your dreams plug in things going on around you often, and almost instantly.
Almost everyone has experienced a dream where they have woke up with a start, kicking or moving there arm, often in the dream you trip over something or throw something. This occurs because parts of the body are having twitches as they mistake the sleep for death.
i understand that, i get that all the time. i was pushing more twoards light changes effecting dreams. honestly the light went on and off over 12 times cause the clouds where moving, and then before i woke up i knew i was dreaming cause i knew the light was comming from outside my window, which i don't kno how i figured it out while sleeping.Quote:
