I was wondering if what ive been experiancing lately is something like a WILD. i'll be in bed and my thoughts will become very random and realistic, i dont notice this at first but eventually i do and i kind of snap out of it and dont know what to make of it.
You were a bit scarce on the details. Of course, from what you just gave me, it sounds like you were only falling asleep or trailed away. What did your body feel like? Were you still aware? Was it only blackness?
Well i didn't notice my body but all my thoughts were visual and i was aware of them. i dont know that this is anything unusual it was just the first time ive noticed this.
