What is the difference between MILD and WILD?
MILD stands for mnemonic induction of lucid dreams. It's a technique used right before falling asleep to increase the likelihood that you'll recognize you're dreaming once you fall asleep. You can read about it in the tutorial section of the forum.
WILD is wake induced lucid dream. It's a technique to maintain conscious awareness while falling asleep and then directly entering the dream without ever losing awareness. There is also a WILD tutorial you can read about.
I hope this helps

In short, MILD is a more gentle induction of ld by repeating to yourself what you want. Like any other mnemonic.
WILD is when you try to go into a dream directly from the waking state. This is usually accompanied with hyp... umm I can't spell it, imagery, or HI. It's more intense.
