Nice article.
seems to mix correlation with causation.
I enjoy my dreams but they are not life changing events for me.
I'd have to say that my first and only (thus far) OBE was somewhat life changing for me. My perspective on dreaming and dreams shifted quite a ways that day. . .
Linking OBEs and dreaming is confusing two concepts.Quote:

For some people there is no such thing as an OBE there are only WILDs. They believe that you are only dreaming that you are leaving your body, and you are simply in the dream world.
Others believe that in an OBE some part of consciousness (soul, spirit, astral body, subtle body, etc) physically moves away from the regular body but is in the physical world.
Both sides will debate endlessly this as at core there is a critical metaphysical issue.
Its great that you had a life changing experience - was it a dream or something different?
