      FA and Dream Journal

After believing I had awakened from a dream I had yesterday, I attempted to write in my dream journal. The only thing I had in my hand was a plum I had taken I bite out of. I attempted to make a journal entry with the plum, and though it made big letters, it wrote surprisingly well. After about 5 or 6 words, I fell into unconsciousness.

I found that I awoke about 5 more times, each time writing in my journal before I finally awoke and got up to make the effort. I may have woken up 5 times before and quickly went back to sleep.

Have others had FA's while writing in their DJ? Have they ever not found a pen and tried to use what they had available?

i've had a few FA dream journal experiences. it usually happens when i am trying to make myself get up and actually write in the journal, but i feel too tired so i let myself fall asleep.

I once wrote my deam out on a deck of cards, thinking nothing of it until i actually woke up
If you get into the habbit of RCing as soon as you wake up and right before you write a journal entry you can easily catch these FAs out
      Are you dreaming or awake?

It happens to me at times. It can be confusing when I thought I wrote something and really didn't (and pretty annoying when I lose a dream because of it!).

I enter my notes into a text-editor on my graphing calculator (I feel it's much easier to use in bed than paper and pen/pencil, plus it has very basic word-processing capabilities ). Sometimes in false awakenings I find I typed a lot more than I actually did in real life. I need to get in the habit of trying to catch these FAs--I usually don't remember to check to see if I'm really awake.

I'm usually fairly awake when I wake up for real and take dream notes. There was only one time so far where I woke up for real and typed in something that made absolutely no sense. I didn't realize that it made no sense until I woke up again later that night and gave up trying to decipher it. The weird thing is that I don't think I even remembered having a dream--it felt more like for some reason I felt I was supposed to write something, so I did (whatever it was I was trying to say, I have no idea).

That happened to me a few times when I had LDs or very vivid dreams. These FAs make me lucid nearly every time because I am always trying to write down my dream but something keeps me from it.
