Ha? Your body is well asleep. It's your mind that has work to do. You need to recognize in a dream that you are dreaming. When you sleep, you enter sleep paralysis and your body can't move. So it can't be awake. Why would you want to wake up from a dream? Unless it's a nightmare.
If you DO want to do that, what usually works well is trying to feel your real body, as opposed to your dream body. Usually, you'll wake up pretty quickly. If that's what you want.
is their a way that i can feel my real body while im sleeping?Quote:

That happened to me once inadvertently, and I'll admit that it was pretty cool to feel both my dream and real bodies. You have to be careful with it, though, if you don't want to wake up. I have a feeling that it can put you closer to being conscious.Quote:

Um... just imagine which position you fell asleep in, whether it be on your back or stomach or side. I think it would help keep you asleep if you kept in mind that you are also standing or in some other position than laying down. That's all I can come up with, though.
