Which technique would you recommend for me to try tonight? FILD, VILD, HILD, WILD? They are in the order that I think would be easiest.

I actually had 2 LD's the first time I tried FILD so I would recomment this to you :D , but you should experiment around with the techniques and see which one fits you better. :D

I would really love to do FILD but I either forget to keep tapping my fingers or it just keeps me awake o0

Didn't work, I was too awake this morning. I tried relaxing but then that just brought on another WILD, which failed too. :D
Some day....
Anyways, about MILD, im not that motivated that just telling my self before going to sleep "I will wake up".
Niiiiice I had a great LD last night- My BEST ONE YET! So great :D. Very vivid and long but I forgot half of it. And I forgot how I became lucid. I started with the WILD-With eyes open but then just decided to go to sleep and try FILD- but I dunno if FILD caused me to jump into a dream.
Nothing to do with motivation man! Ya just day dream a bit, and tell yourself that ya wanna remember you're dreaming, and bingo, in the late-early hours, you're almost guaranteed to have one :3Quote:

You say day dream but the tutorial says have a dream, wake up once you finish that dream, and then think about being in that dream while remembering that dreamsign. Which way do you do it? :?
Yeah thats what I mean. You daydream about having a dream, then realising your dreaming for whatever reason, and then doing what you'd like to do, while repeating to yourself that you'll remember you're dreaming :3
