DILD, dream induced, thats how all but one of my lucids have occured and i have had 16 lucids in 3 months

Reality checks, even lazy people do them and even when you do do a WILD or such and become lucid it's wouldn't hurt to do some reality checks to make sure your in a dream and make it more lucid.

So far almost all of my lucids have been accidental WILDs, with a few DILDs. WILD has to be my favourite, especialy for the funky feelings you get from it.
Most effective for me is the combination of MILD and WBTB. I only use RCs to confirm that I'm dreaming when I begin to realize it -- I never become lucid from RCs alone.

I actually never had success with WILD or WBTB method. With WILD, I'd just stay awake, and with WBTB, I'd be unable to go back to sleep or end up trying too hard. I made a heavy RC habit back in the day when I first tried LD'ing, and it triggers now and then to make an LD happen. But also, they happened best the most natural way, just by wanting an LD, those were the times that I had them.
