there you go, from the photoshop master :D lol I also removed that ugly geekus.org white thing in the lower right hand corner for you, but there's the image, just right click, save as and you should be able to put it up as your avatar, considering it's only 12kb

[EDIT] I did both of them for you, they are both roughly 12kb
