I tried doing the HILD way of obtaining lucidity last night, but I fell asleep before I could finish the exercise. Does it make a difference whether or not I do it before I go to bed or during the day? Is it more effective either way? Thoughts?

I'm so very sorry, I forgot that there's a little bit of confusion between two different techniques. The HILD I'm referring to is the hypnosis one.
