I have pretty much a similar problem. Although I'm new to this forum, I've been fiddling with LD's for a while. I do Reality checks ever 10- 15 minutes. When you do reality checks (as someone may have said already, can't remember ) make sure you really think about whether you could at all be dreaming (Don't let it become reflex). Sometimes, throughout the day, I picture myself back in my dreams that I recorded, and try to compare it to reality. Try to gain recognition of that "Dream feeling",(if you know what I mean) by plopping yourself back in and remebering the feeling throughout the day. Dream signs don't help me too much though. |
