WILD vs MILD vs WBTB vs hybrid

Hello to all, (Woot first post, sorry if is is not in the right place...)

What tech. do you recomend that a beginner use to induce a lucid state of mind? I have seemed to use a WILD/WBTB approach to some degree of success, having a total of 2 LDs over a period of 5 days. I don't get up in a hurry most mornings, I tend to awaken, roll over, and go back to sleep for a half hour. I will do this 2 or 3 times a morning. It was durring these hour long periods that both my LDs occourd. Would you recomend that I try following one of the MILD, WILD, or WBTB methods alone, or continue to use my hybrid method?

Do whats best for you. Experiment. If you find that your hybrid method works well for you, stick with it. When you're on a roll stick wit it. If you feel the need to improve or change, experiment... But not with drugs. :P

I agree. Everyone's different so we all have our own niche - and it sounds like you've found yours. Just go with it and do what works for you. :)

Thanks for the replies. Tommrow morning (almost this morning...) I am going to go full fledged WILD, just to see how it goes. I ought to learn to use MILD to greater effectivness because I can't keep my current sleep schedule (to bed at 1 or 2 AM, get up at 9 or 10...) during school when I get to awaken at 5:30...
