My quick anwser: you sleep too much. that's why your are tired all the time.

Try not to sleep so much. Force yourself so that you sleep 6.5 to 8 hours. If the problem persists after a few weeks, consult a doctor.

I've found that I actually feel much better having only slept a fews hours at a time and staying up for quite a while.

      I agree with icuurd.

I counted 10 hours of "night sleep" that's 3.5 to 2 hours too much + 2 to 3 in the afternoon + 1 to 2.5 at night. (I've been there, I'm sure your numbers are sometimes bigger than you first posted) .

Your headaches are probably due to too much endorphin. Or is it a drop in dopamine. I can’t remember. Anyway. If you are also a growing teenager, you will have all sorts of chemical imbalances that may cause depression and sleep imbalance. It is best to go through this period with optimal healthy behaviour even if you're not in the mood to do so. No naps for you young lady :-)

To be sure, I would talk to a doctor.

I get the same heavy headaches when i sleep to long. I also find that the more i sleep, over 8 hours at least, the more tired i am for the rest of the day....

I think its because the body just kicks in hybernation mode or something...
