Question about SP

Since I've started lucid dreaming (about one year ago), I've found that I wake up with SP a lot. Before I started having lucid dreams I had never encountered SP, now I wake up with SP almost everyday, sometimes multiple times a day. It doesn't bother me at all, it just seems strange. The only explanation I can think of is perhaps I am walking the the line of consciousness and sleep more now that I am aware of lucid dreams.

I'm curious, since you have started having lucid dreams do you wake up with SP more often?
