I was just doing some brief reading on the Silva Method and it sounds like it uses Lucid Dreaming. It sounds like they have their own method for inducing LD's. It definately sounds a bit cultish, but trying to see beyond that, it seems like it may be something interesting to do with your Lucid Dreaming.
Just curious if anyone has tried it.
