ok i may have posted somthing like this before but that was old with a different group of dreamers a year back i think and i dont really care if some one else has done it recently i am also not going to be using proper grammer or puncuation so to get to the point
i have the habbit of doing things so much like playing a game all day for a few days in a row and eventually i am doing it in my sleep
kindof like when cotten or pea pickers would pick cotton or peas all day then end up doing the motions in sleep and dreaming of it
like when i got my job i started doing things every day the same thing... folding boxes like hundreds a day and i started doing it in my sleep
i belive this is some sort of subliminal thingy
in the past this has happend to me for the following things .... various games, movies tv shows homework surfing the net ... dreamviews once or twice caused this to happen i got lucid off one of them
but i was wondering if this happens to others and if it would be worth some research to find out if you could program your dreams
i think i am just rambleing now so ta ta for now

This has happened to me lots of times; work all day and then feel like I am working all night too.
But it would be hard to use this as a way to program dreams, because it takes so long.
Also, if I could do what I want to do in dreams all day long, I wouldn't need to LD.
But I think every thing that you become more aware of about your dreams can be helpful in some way.

Yeah it is very common to dream about that which you frequently do/experience: I often dream about things very frequently reoccuring in my waking life like hanging out with a group of friends. One of my friends, Esther, Returns to almost every dream I have.
Also US Soldiers who were fighting in the Jungles of Vietnam are know to have said even Dreaming on Green (like the Green they were surrounded with).
Perhaps if you would spend a week of sleeping, chilling, listening to music, passing time in a red room, the excessive Visual Color-Red Input might also reoccur in your Dreams.

if you practice reality checks then you are programing your dreams. are you not?

It is not the dream that gets programmed, its the mind. Your dreams base themselves off of what you currently know, and if your programming your real-life self to do reality checks, it is reflected in your dreams because of it.
If you want to dream about something so badly, you either have to 1) Have a lucid dream and switch it around so that you get what you wished for, 2) Become obsessed with what you want in real life so that it may eventually carry over into your dreams, or 3) Get lucky.
