Can somebody tell me what trully, exactly dream spinning is??
Why dream spinning can change our dream scen??
I' m confuse, if we do spinning, are we left our dream and enter other's dream?? :? :( :blue:

Okay, imagine spinning in a circle as fast as you can in real life

The effects:
Sometimes the dream around you changes completely, you can use it to clear the air, like if you don't like the way your dream is going, but it doesn't always happen.
It's other use is because if the dream is fading, like you're about to wake up, you can spin to increased the vididity and save the dream.
It can be used to increase lucidy or change a scene first time i tried it i didn't know what it did so of course it didn't work second time in another dream it didn't work and thier i was spinning very fast and i got to where i wanted
So remember spin very fast and imagine urself in the location u want to go :yumdumdoodledum:
Yep, for dream spinning you are pretty much spin around.
However this method as well as rubbing hands and closing your eyes doesnt work for a some people often leading to awakening.

2. What's exactly happen when we spinn? Why it can change our dream environment?
3. Are there any spinning side effect for our body or brain? Exspecially if we do it to save our dream events and make our REM period longer?
