Im just wonder how frequent ppls Lds R? I hear that most of the time ppl have 1 every week. Then there are those ppl that every time they go to sleep they are able to induce lucidty. Im just wondirn who u are and how u do it.
Second: the only time iv ever herd of ppl inducing lucidty every night were some Indians.

I get at least one a night, and can induce lucidity while I fall asleep.
about twice a week, they last as long as a normal dream or longer.
